Camouflage Elastic Putty is a reusable mask for laying out soft, irregular airbrush patterns that are awkward to cut from tape. Shape it around curves, panel lines and small raised details to define splinter shapes, blotches and other organic breaks. The black surface gives a clear view of every protected area against a primed or part-painted model, so gaps are easier to spot before spraying. This is a masking tool only; it is not intended to hold parts together.

• Begin with a clean, dry surface; warm and shape the putty in your fingers, press it over the area to protect, airbrush, then peel it away after the paint has dried.
• Lift the mask slowly, pick out paint flakes and other debris, roll it back into a mass and close it inside the tin for storage.
• Use putty for organic or curved shapes; choose masking tape for straight edges, windows and firm boundaries.
• Let the paint underneath cure fully before applying a mask, and ease the putty away rather than pulling it off quickly.
