Shipping policy

Shipment processing time

Each order moves through the following departments during processing:-

- Incoming Orders: Order consolidation & allocation.

- Pre-production: File collation, integrity checks, supporting.

- Printing: Printer checks & maintenance, print run.

- Post Processing: Print removal, 3 stage wash, curing.

- Packing & Post

Typical dispatch time is 5-8 working days, with postal drops twice a week. Please note, we do not make any guarantees that this time frame for dispatch will be met and may during peak periods extend to 12 working days. Orders are sent to production and shipped out on a first come first served basis.

Your order may be delayed by print defects during the production process. Your order will not move from production to post processing until all items are produced to a satisfactory quality.

When you receive a notification that your order has been dispatched, this does not mean the parcel has been handed over to the courier, only that we have paid for and printed the shipping label, in preparation for packing the next postal drop, which may be several days more.

Both domestic and international orders are tracked by courier when valued over £15.
Orders under this value, that will fit in a large letter box, are posted Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter.

Damages

Tabletop Xtra is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Holidays

We close for the following dates:-

  • 10th March - 20th March inclusive.
  • 20th June - 30th June inclusive.
  • 20th September - 30th September inclusive.
  • 18th December - 2nd January inclusive.


During these dates, we do not guarantee dispatch of orders within the estimated window provided and by continuing with your purchase on this site (or via any of our affiliated stores via 3rd party commerce platforms such as ebay, etsy, etc.), you agree to extend the maximum permitted delivery time of 30 Days from date of purchase as guaranteed to you in the Consumer Rights Act and Distance Selling Regulations, to 45 Days.

International Orders

Whilst international orders are dispatched in the same timeframe as previously outlined, please note that final delivery of any order placed outside the UK, may take up to 6 weeks, depending on your location.
