AK Interactive Foam Texturizer & Sealer for Buildings & Dioramas 250ml (AK8039)
Foam's brilliant for scratch-building terrain, but it won't take paint until it's sealed — and this texturiser does that job and adds a fine, primable surface at the same time. Brush it over foam buildings or groundwork and bare polystyrene turns into convincing stone, plaster or worn earth, ready for the rest of your terrain-building kit.
Best for
- Sealing extruded polystyrene (XPS) foam before priming and painting
- Adding a fine, weathered texture to foam buildings and bunkers
- Hardening foam groundwork so it survives handling on the table
- Scenery, dioramas and scratch-built terrain projects generally
Once it's dry, treat the surface exactly like any other terrain piece — prime it, basecoat it, drybrush and weather it as normal.
250ml pot — plenty for a full terrain project. Prime with your usual spray or brush-on primer once cured, and browse the rest of the AK Interactive Diorama Series or our wider diorama-making range for weathering and groundwork supplies.
