The 20mm square parallel-slotted base is a compact format for tabbed rank-and-file infantry arranged in dense formations. A single central slot runs parallel to the base edge, accepting a miniature with an integral mounting tab and keeping it aligned with the square footprint. Each base is injection-moulded from matte black ABS with sharp corners and a fine, even texture across the top. The textured surface helps paint, adhesive, sand and other basing materials grip without creating a heavy scenic pattern.
