How to Apply

1. Apply basing glue or PVA to the area you wish to cover.
2. Press Base Ready Snow Powder firmly into the wet glue using a stiff brush, or dip the base directly into the tub for fast, even coverage.
3. Shake off any excess and allow to dry completely.
