Standout Sculpts

The Bone Naga keeps pulling us back. Good bone naga sculpts at this scale are rarer than you'd think. The coiling skeletal form is technically tricky in resin and often comes out flat or overdetailed, but this one gets the silhouette right and the detail holds. It doubles convincingly as a ghost naga, a yuan-ti undead, or a general-purpose serpent skeleton if you need the flexibility.

The Lord of Pestilence trio makes a self-contained encounter. Put the Lord, the Pestilence Flies, and the Pestilence Snails on the table together and the encounter writes itself. A diseased champion advancing on the party, plague swarms fanning out through the gaps. No need to reach for tokens or generic bugs to fill the space.

The Maw of Yeenoghu is a character type that rarely gets a proper miniature in this scale. Gnoll demon lords sit in a strange place in official ranges. Too specific to include in core sets, too iconic to skip as a GM. This sculpt captures the imposing size and the frenetic, slavering energy that Yeenoghu's general should have.

What Systems Do These Suit?

The obvious home is D&D 5e or Pathfinder, where undead encounters appear at every tier of play. The Flame Skulls are a direct rulebook encounter with their own regeneration mechanic; the Bone Naga works across multiple challenge ratings depending on how you stat it; and the Beholder Skull can serve as everything from a low-level aberrant guardian to a fully-fledged boss with layered abilities. The Zombies and bat sculpts handle the ambient undead dressing that any dungeon GM eventually runs out of.

The sculpts port naturally into Frostgrave too, where undead are an entire warband faction, and into fantasy skirmish games like Dungeons of Doom. Any homebrew dungeon-crawl encounter system benefits from the variety here. The mix of solo bosses, swarm tokens, and mid-tier creatures gives a GM real structural flexibility.
